Weapons pass through Adelaide Airport: reports

Safety concerns have been flagged at Adelaide Airport after reports that weapons — including guns, live ammunition and knives — have passed through baggage checks. Security staff claim poor training and failed systems have left the airport vulnerable, The Sunday Mail reports. Whistleblowers say unauthorised people have been granted access to restricted areas of the airport and accused the private security firm ISS of ignoring the warning signs.
