The two-level duplex was designed by architects Pinnacle Plus on a 256sqm site with a rear garden and lawn.

It was one of the proliferation of company title duplex offerings in the Randwick municipality.

Burgess bought it before its construction with his former teammate Tim Grant buying the adjoining home.

Another of Burgess’s former teammates, Beau Champion, now a real estate agent at NG Farah, secured the midweek sale with colleague Stephanie Farah.

“Couldn’t be happier for my vendors who can now move on to the next phase of their life” Champion commented when Instragramming his sales success.

The couple also recently sold their Little Bay off the plan purchase for $1.35 million, again through Champion, and NG Farah colleague Peter Goulding.
