AIA Careers We have a rare opportunity for a Senior Product Manager or a Product Business Partner to join our Client Solutions – Group Distribution team. This position will play a pivitoal role in contributing to the development of sustainable group product terms and conditions including delivering insurance solutions for AIA Australia’s group insurance clients. Reporting to National Product Manager Group Insurance your responsibilities include taking the product lead plan and deliver all product management / development requirements for a portfolio of strategic key clients (across industry superannuation funds, Mastertrusts, Government funds and large Corporates). To be successful in this role 2 years’ experience in product management is required preferably in group, or at least 5-7 years working in life Insurance or relevant industry with a strong desire to move into Product Management Good knowledge and understanding of superannuation legislation changes and regulatory environment impacting on group insurance clients will be key to your success. This role will have people leadership responsibilities, therefore experience in managing teams will be highly advantageous.
