The Sales Manager – SoHo Micro will be responsible for identifying a clear and targeted acquisition plan to address the customers’ requirements and supporting both an inbound and outbound retail environment. The role will proactively lead and manage a national sales team of Hybrid Sales & Capability Managers focused on building a productive and outcomes focused sales channel. The position has overall accountability for achieving growth targets which is achieved through a strong focus on new business acquisition primarily within Retail Co, Franchise and Licensee stores. The market opportunity is across SoHo Micro and Fleet business’s in the 1 – 150 employee space excluding government entities. Success in the role will be evident through the achievement of AOP targets across Mobile, Mobile Broadband and simple fixed products through driving high staff engagement, through driving a high level of customer experience and essential behaviour competencies. The role will have OPEX and CAPEX responsibility for current and future programs in alignment with the AOP strategy. Success in this role will be evident in the achievement of new business sales resulting in growing fixed market share, mobile gross adds, knowledge development and essential behavioural competencies and increased distribution. Training and performance management along with driving accountability through internal & external stakeholders will ensure success in the role.
