Man dies after being run over while asleep in a campground in southern New South Wales
A 20-year-old Victorian man has died after he was run over at a campground at Barooga in southern New South Wales overnight.
Police say the man was camping with his partner at the Wattletree Beach camping ground, 125 kilometres west of Albury, when his four-wheel drive vehicle ran over him while he was sleeping around 9.30pm last night.
Other campers performed first aid on the man, but he died at the scene.
