Agent Josephine Johnston-Rowell of Johnston Dixon Brisbane had marketed the property as an “Ivy League entertainer”, and even went so far as to liken it to a Feberge Egg.

“The beauty and quality of the family home which is a veritable Faberge Egg surprise package right across its 814 sqm of prime, private land is evident from the moment you arrive at the secure gated entry,” was how it was listed.

From manicured gardens, to a grand foyer, striking chandeliers and full height windows, the home was designed to be admired. It also has a riverside deck, pontoon and the owners threw in a jet ski dock for free with the property.
