The Digital Services Executive is responsible for delivering and implementing all digital initiatives for OW and its white label partners. They have strong execution focus to increase web traffic and conversion for OW branded website and its partner portal websites using SEO, email marketing and marketing automation program.

 

Building strategies, solving problems and creating innovative products are at the heart of what Optus do. You will assist Optus Wholesale in optimising the Catch Connect (our new partner) website, review and assist in UX quality to help optimise and increase sales conversions and work with customer marketing teams to help translate product promotions and how it visually translates on to the website.

You will also assist our own OW website in optimising sales conversion opportunities based on the high volume we receive daily.

Through collaboration and a challenger spirit ethos, you and your team mates will design and carve new and game changing solutions that will have a positive impact on Optus Wholesale.

 

Your Experience

 

  • Current and prior experience in a similar position, optimising online channels for sales conversions. You would ideally come from a B2B and B2C environment.
  • Strong and prove experience in SEO
  • Experience designing and rolling out Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Strong experience managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, whether it be a range of internal teams or external digital agencies and clients
  • Strong experience balancing project cycle priorities, with the ability to reach your deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
  • CRM experience such as Salesforce or any industry relevant platforms
  • Must be proactive and have proven examples of proactively solving issues through a consultative manner
