This organisation is committed to supporting its employees and prides itself on best practice in ethics and safety. About the role Our Client has two positions available in their National Admin Team. The first is looking after Key Accounts such as Coles or Big 4 for example. In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Customer accounts, resolving invoicing issues, in addition to speak with customers and log calls and inputting information into the system. You may also be required to chase up customer debt. The second role, is an admin role setting up new customer sites. Responsibilities include entering in the system the contract details, logging the physical equipment and service record and other technical information in order to keep records accurate. The role will require you to use Pronto and CRM databases. Benefits of the role

What you need to have

  • Excellent Customer Service/ Communication Skills
  • A high level of accuracy & attention to detail when maintaining customer records
  • Be Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong Computer Skills the ability to learn new Databases including Pronto & CRM
  • Ability to learn new things quickly
  • Good work ethic & time management skills
  • A flexible & adaptable approach to work
  • Great problem solving skills
